Do you like to get a feel for the course you are about to play? We've got you covered! Not only do we have a hole by hole course flyover, we also have an overview of the course, written by one of our very own members.
Playing at Ormonde Fields offers golfers a wide variety of challenges for those of all abilities.
On the yellow tees, the holes range from a short 159 yards to a double dogleg of 620 yards. The whole course is bordered with many trees of great variety, some of which are waiting to catch an errant ball.
The course features many doglegs, both to the left and to the right - fair to everyone! Elevated greens are a prominent find, with two of them being split level.
To play well, this is not a course that you can just “give the ball a thump” and expect a good score. Rewards will come with a little bit of thinking and planning of the hole before hitting the ball and hoping for the best.
Overall, Ormonde Fields Golf Club is a rewarding course to play, with no two holes the same, keeping golfers on their toes for the most part!
