Located on the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire border, we offer unrivalled challenges to golfers of all abilities, whilst providing views of the wonderful mature landscape and varied wildlife.
Boasting a rich history dating back to 1889, Frederick Channer Corfield was responsible for the Clubhouse you see today. A 9 hole golf course was first established in 1926, designed by Fred W. Hawtree. It took just over 40 years before a full 18 hole course was commissioned by the owner at the time, Bernard Swain.
The course you see today was remodelled in the mid 1990’s, providing a challenging course for both members and visitors, situated in friendly and pleasant surroundings.
We have a large practice area and putting green available, with a new state-of-the-art indoor studio and custom fitting suite, in partnership with Evolution Golf Academy.
